Last Night's Dream & Happy 4th...

Last night we had a great time and got in late. I think I took some pretty good pics. I left my reading glasses in the car so I had to guess while taking the pics. lol. I'll post those later today. I may have to post over several days b/c I took a lot of pics.

I slept for an entire 8 hours and just got up a few minutes ago. For some reason when I sleep over 7 hours, I dream. Probably dream all the time but when I sleep 8 hours I end up waking up in the REM stage of sleep and thus remember it.

THE DREAM

I was asked by Hubby to help him "write up" someone. He said he needed the help so if I could just stop by real quick and write it up. For some reason I had to go to Fed Ex though (you know how dreams are) and get a Fed Ex for Hubby G as well. While I was there at Fed Ex I also picked up my own company's Fed Ex packages. There were about 20 of them total.

I arrived at Hubby's work and for some reason took ALL 20 Fed Ex packages in with me into their lobby. I asked the receptionist for Hubby G and left the packages in the front office while going back to his office. I also left the Fed Ex that I was supposed to get for Hubby.

So I go and help him write his "write up" for an employee (lol). And then he asked me about the Fed Ex package. "Oh it's in the lobby, I say". We go into the lobby and none of the Fed Ex packages are there. The receptionist said "Oh I thought it was our mail and I've distributed it where it needs to go".

I panic. We start looking through Hubby G's work for all the Fed Ex Packages that are for my place of business and not his. By 2:00 p.m., I realize OMG, I've not even called work to tell them I will be late. They probably wonder where I am. They'll be counting me as Day 1 of a no show. (lol) And then I think how can I tell them that I've stupidly "lost" the days mail. I'm thinking "how do I get myself in these messes when all I wanted to do is help?" So I realize that this is ONE MISTAKE, now TWO b/c I was so freaked I forgot to call, and then TWENTY more b/c for every lost Fed Ex package, that is another problem that will be created and will be my fault (an order missed, a payment missed, etc.) that causes everyone double work and more trouble.

Then I woke up. So nothing was really resolved. lol We never found the Fed Ex's.

Yeah, I will do another post later today with pics. I just wanted to do the dream entry before I forgot it. I've still not woken up yet very well and I'm sippin' my first cup of coffee. Ahhhhh no where to be today! Yesssssssssssssss.
