fyi Private Blog

My private blog has been updated. AOL would not let me send out the update this morning as a mass email. I didn't have time to send out 25 emails separately. lol I think the link is in my profile so if you click on my picture it should take you to the link.

I'll have to figure out a better way to alert you when I update. It could be that someone has changed an email address or something...it just says "the email cannot be sent at this time, try again later". I tried and it works individually to send. So not sure what the deal is. Sometimes I think technology exists simply to annoy me!! ha.

Also I forgot to mention that finished "Multiple Blessings" that Kate Gosselin wrote. It was very interesting to read about all the details of dealing with the pregnancy and the first year or so. I read the book in two days - over what was just a few hours time that I had in those two days. George said "wow, you read that fast"! I had to give up on my Francis Mayes book. It was not holding my attention. She was the one that wrote Under the Tuscan Sun. But "A Year in the World" just did not do it for me. Life is too short to make yourself dredge through a book when you have a whole wall full of interesting ones to read. So it's in the Good Will box!

Currently I'm reading "Daybreak" by Belva Plain. Then on to reading about someone's experience in a Hurricane and then onto Mommywood by Tori Spelling.

What good book are you reading???

TheTeen and I watched Tori and Dean last night....I stayed up late to watch it. I love it.

Anyway I need to finish getting ready for work. Running a little late. But since I work later, it all works out. I have to have a little spare time you know?

Us gals go to Long Horn today!

Hi Sonya, I`m not very familiar with American authors but I know just what you mean when can`t get enthusiastic about certain of their books. I agree with you that it`s better to give them up than to plough through them despite being bored!

Hi !!!! I am reading "Moscow Rules" by Daniel Silva which is a pretty interesting book. I never read any of his books until now. He is a pretty great writer and I am getting into it.

I finished "Black Hills" by Nora Roberts which was a good book. I am glad I read it.

I do like reading your blog. Thanks for sharing it.

I was just thinking today, that I need to go to the bookstore and check out something, anything, lol. The last book I read out of was my One-Minute Prayer book I read each morning before starting my work day. I sure needed it, lol.
